Kicking off 2021 with pure heat, Elevate are proud to present the debut collaborative project from Document One and Levela. A showcase of the very best from both producers, this four track EP of hard-hitting drum & bass is an essential listen for any dancefloor enthusiast. ‘Heat Beams’ opens, featuring a haunting vocal riding over the top of a tribal percussion intro, before an ominous bassline swings the track into overdrive. ‘Dials’ follows – a jazzy opening that’s become synonymous with Document One leads the charge into a drop woven with hard basses and jungle breaks, a perfect marriage of both producer’s styles. Analogue thoughts to analogue processes, ‘In My Mind’ merges the old with the new. A grimey, low end stomper with sci-fi FX and ambient leads, this one is metallic distortion at its finest. ‘Steppa’ closes, and the clue’s in the name. Cutting vocals and energetic vibes. Elevate crew we got you.
